1. How long does it take to receive my order?

Our standard shipping time is 3-4 business days after fulfillment. Please note that fulfillment may take an additional 1-2 business days.

7. What is the European Union 14 day cooling off period?

If your merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The same conditions apply as for our regular return policy.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
